What the score card checks
This is a free website audit for tradies and other local businesses. Each row is a pass or a fail, with one line on what to fix.
- Tap to call. A tel: link, so a phone can dial in one tap.
- Phone number on the page. The number is visible as text. The row looks for an Australian number: mobile, landline, 1300, or 1800.
- Mobile friendliness. A viewport tag, plus Google’s phone check for text size and layout.
- Loading on a phone. The same Google check, scored out of 100. A pass is 50 or above. It is one row, not a separate speed tool.
- HTTPS, title, and meta description. The address is secure, and the page says what the business is.
- LocalBusiness markup. Schema that names the business for search engines.
- Google Maps link. A link to Maps or the Business Profile.
Loading and phone layout come from Google PageSpeed Insights. If that service is busy, the other rows still appear.
The Google listing row is your yes or no. This page does not look a listing up. The Maps link and LocalBusiness rows are the on-page signals. Setup notes are in Google Business Profile basics.
Is my website mobile friendly?
That question is the mobile row. A pass means the page sets a mobile viewport and Google’s phone check did not flag the text size or the layout. A fail means a customer on a phone will struggle to read or tap. Fit the layout to the screen, keep the text readable, and leave space around buttons.
What a fail does not mean
The card looks for the gaps that lose a call. It does not rank the site, and it does not review the copy or the offer. One failed row is a fix, not a verdict.
If the card shows gaps, a simple site starts from $350. Send the address and what failed.
